Customer Aftercare
Our involvement does not stop once your business
management software system is up and running. You will be assigned
a designated staff member within the Osborne Charles Group who will
be your 'Customer AfterCare' person. This person will stay in touch
with you to ensure you are reaping the anticipated benefits from
your business management software. This person will be proactively
communicate with you and your staff during the post-implementation
phase to ensure that you are receiving the highest level of customer
services from all involved with your business management software.
This is a no-charge service that helps our organization ensure that
you are a happy customer. It is also a conduit that helps us identify
areas where we can further strengthen our partnership with you as
well as improve on any of the services that we deliver.
This will include the following:
- Frequent e-mail communication from us about your business management
software vendor & solution
- Monthly phone calls to review any needs that you may have
- Your participation in our success stories
- Your participation in our referral program
